Welcome to Dookie Drop. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Dookie Drop (“Dookie Drop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing your use of our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By joining our waitlist or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 17 years old to use the Service. By using Dookie Drop, you represent and warrant that you are 17 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Dookie Drop lets you create and share content — including bathroom logs, ratings, tags, notes, photos, and reactions (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By posting it, you grant Dookie Drop a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, consistent with your privacy settings.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to share it.

We provide tools to report and block content and users. We may, at our discretion, review, remove, or restrict content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe harm other users or the Service. We do not have an obligation to monitor content but may do so.
Bathroom information is user-generated and provided “as is.” We do not verify the accuracy, availability, cleanliness, or accessibility of any location, entry code, or amenity. Always use good judgment and respect posted rules and private property. Your safety in the real world is your responsibility.
The Service, including its name, logo, design, and software, is owned by Dookie Drop and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for your own User Content, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dookie Drop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
